This page explains how to control, delete, or request a copy of personal data connected to your MioTales account.
You can delete your account from Settings in the MioTales app. When you delete your account, we delete the associated personal data from our systems, including your profile, saved storybooks, character details, generated images, uploaded photos, sessions, and authentication record.
Some billing, tax, security, and fraud-prevention records may be retained when required by law or needed to resolve payment issues. We detach those records from your active profile where possible.
Uploaded reference photos are used to create illustrated character references. After that processing step succeeds, we automatically delete the original uploaded photo and keep only the generated illustration needed for story consistency. You can delete remaining generated assets by deleting your account.
You can ask us to access, correct, or export personal information associated with your account. We may need to verify your account before completing the request.
