This page explains how to control, delete, or request a copy of personal data connected to your MioTales account.
You can delete your account from the Profile or Account screen in the MioTales app. Account deletion removes your profile, saved storybooks, character details, generated images, uploaded photos, sessions, and authentication record.
Some billing, tax, security, and fraud-prevention records may be retained when required by law or needed to resolve payment issues. We detach those records from your active profile where possible.
If you want to keep your login but remove your generated story content, use the Delete Personal Story Data option in the app. This removes storybooks, characters, generated illustrations, uploaded media, and related storage files.
Uploaded reference photos are used to create illustrated character references. After that processing step succeeds, we automatically delete the original uploaded photo and keep only the generated illustration needed for story consistency. You can delete remaining generated assets at any time by deleting your story data or account.
You can ask us to access, correct, or export personal information associated with your account. We may need to verify your account before completing the request.
